Implementation of ‘Hablumminannas’ as Islamic value budget planning in non profit organization: phenomenological studies

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to exsplore the implementation Hablumminannas as a budget planning in Non-profit organization Indonesian and determine preferences others non-profit operate their business circle.Method This uses phenomenological approach. In obtaining some information, researcher used interview method addressed 15 informants who were at PT. Serkolinas Aman Nusantara spread throughout Indonesia.Result results study, top management members know more about what are priorities determining strategies improve organizational performance no one member feels disadvantaged accordance with is recommended by Qoran, that concept must always prioritize good relations others.Implication Especially sector so they guidelines Islamic Values Hablumminannas.Originality Provide detailed understanding through values which principled not harm approach organizations Indonesia.
